Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, we are here to help! You can return a product for store credit, another product, or a refund to the original form of payment. 
Please note the following exceptions to our Return and Refund Policy: 
Here are some examples of common exceptions: (Common exception products such as refurbished items do not allow returns) 
Refurbished items are final products and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
Returned items must still have tags attached and be returned in the original product packaging. 
Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use. 
Ordinary buyers (Residential) will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the selling price (excluding tax) for returns, while distributors or commercial buyers will charge 20% of the selling price.

Warranty Service
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products from the date of purchase.
Warranty coverage includes:
Repair or replacement of defective parts or products. 
Covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
